HB42 PS3 is an oil-based primer-sealer, stain blocker and bonding coat for interior and exterior use, ready for overcoating in as little as 1 hour. Indoors, it dries fast while giving excellent hiding power, strong stain-killing ability and reliable adhesion. All types of stains are locked in for good, leaving a clean, blemish-free topcoat - it's particularly effective against tough nicotine and water marks.
New wood trim can be primed, sanded and top-coated in a single day, cutting down on site time and cost. Outdoors, PS3's formula gives full penetration and flexibility on all surfaces, including panels and trims prone to movement, where many oil-based primers fall short. It resists cracking and peeling, and works with most decorative top coats.
